Vendors
To register as a vendor for the Kitigan Zibi Traditional Pow Wow, please follow the rules and fill out the booth registration form below. Vendor spaces consists of a 15' by 15' space. Vendors may bring quiet generators in order to supply power. Vendor space must be paid in full by 4:00pm , June 3rd 2023.
Weekend Rates:
Crafts should be quality authentic First Nations's arts and crafts; *NO PLASTIC TOYS OR FLEA MARKET ITEMS*
Parking is available at the school parking lot. Vendors who sell goods from vans or trucks are permitted to park on the grounds, so long as they do not occupy more than their allotted 15' by 15' space.
Rules For Craft and Food Vendors
Food Vendors
Craft Vendors Only items that can be identified as authentic First Nation crafts will be accepted for sale. These are:

- $300.00 for food vendor
- $150.00 for craft vendor

Rules For Craft and Food Vendors
- Vendor must provide proof of Indian Status. Upon request would need to submit Registry Number from INAC.
- Vendors will be assigned an area and signs with their names will be posted.
- Only one vendor per spot. Any additional vendor will have to pay full price for the weekend.
Food Vendors
- Keep area clean at all times. Designated area must be cleaned and free of sugar, salt, pepper packages, and napkins at all times. This will help keep the Pow wow grounds clean.
- Provide your own fire extinguisher.
- Ensure propane tanks conform with safety regulations and should not be used near flammable objects (e.g. tarps)
- The vendor is responsible for standard food handling procedures. It is mandatory for the vendors to use a hair net and gloves while handling food.
Craft Vendors Only items that can be identified as authentic First Nation crafts will be accepted for sale. These are:

- Other natural items
- Canvas
- Beadwork
- Jewelry
- On clothing
- Leather crafts
- Moccasins
- Clothing
- Birch bark items
- First Nations Fashions
- Raw materials for crafting
- Jewelry - silver
- Pottery
- Herbs, essences
- Sweetgrass and sage, tobacco etc. For trade only.
- Trinkets and imported items
- Eagle feathers
- Ceremonial items
- Arial toys (Slingshots, bows, arrows & ect.)
